The network of Migrant Service Centres provides information, advice and referral services to migrants and potential migrants in Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo under UNSCR No 1244, Montenegro and Serbia.

You can find information about work and study opportunities abroad as well as procedures for obtaining visas, work and residence permits, access to health care and education abroad and other useful information when considering moving abroad. The information is provided in the form of Destination Guides, which you can download from our website or get directly from our Information Assistants in the Centres.

If you are considering returning from abroad to one of the countries mentioned above or simply are looking at your options, our Information Assistants can also provide you with information about local services, such as vocational training, language and IT courses, small business assistance and reintegration assistance tailored to your individual needs.

The Migrant Service Centres also organise training courses and counselling sessions on specific topics of interest – for more information check the Training Opportunities section of our website. For the contact details of each Centre click here.

Migrant Service Centres are a part of the project managed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in partnership with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and funded by the European Union, the Swiss Federal Office for Migration, the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, the Government of Liechtenstein and the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs/Italian Cooperation.

As of 31 January 2010, the project is formally closing and the service provided by the Migrant Service Centres will be fully taken over by the National Employment Services in the participating countries. The addresses and contact details of each Migrant Service Centre will remain the same.
